A.  Within 30 days "No Questions Asked"

TrunkOrganizer.com (Profound Products, LLC.) offers a 30 day "no questions asked" policy that applies to any customer that is the original purchaser of any of our products and have placed their order directly through Profound Products, LLC. (i.e. www.trunkorganizer.com, direct phone order or consumer show operated by Profound Products, LLC.). If this is you, you may return any of our products, for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date. Customers will receive a full refund for the original purchase price of the product. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required prior to returning any merchandise to Profound Products, LLC..

In order to receive a RAN, you must provide us with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your billing address
  • Your e-mail address
  • Your original order number
  • Proof of purchase

Please e-mail our Customer Service at or call us at 800-935-2031 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You will need to confirm "return" shipping address.


B. After 30 days - Your product may still be under warranty by either our:

1. Limited One Year Warranty or
2. Limited 90 Day Warranty

After the 30 days "no questions asked" period, we do not offer refunds. We do offer to either exchange or repair products that have a manufacturing defect, if it is still within the Limited Warranty time period. The choice to repair or replace will be at the discretion of Profound Products, LLC..

How do I return an item?

  1. First, please refer to Warranty Policy to see if the item that you want to return is covered by our warranty.
  2. E-mail a request for a Return Authorization Number to
  3. Repack the item in the original packing materials and box, if available. Please return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.
  4. Ship the package back to us insured and prepaid via any carrier you choose. Be sure to cover the original shipping address on the original box or opaque mailer.
  5. Credits to a credit card will be immediately applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
  6. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for original purchases or returns.

**Please note that we may be able to accept photographs of damaged product with a photo of the IDL (Item Description Label) that is sewn in to each of our products. Please discuss this with our customer service agent if you are interested.

II. Limited One Year Warranty

        A. Trunk Organizers

            All Profound Products, LLC. Trunk Organizers are covered by a One Year Limited Warranty that begins on the date of purchase. This warranty applies to any Trunk Organizer that was purchased directly from Profound Products, LLC. directly or www.trunkorganizer.com. Warranty applies only to trunk organizers used for personal and household uses. This Warranty does not apply to commercial buyers, custom orders or wholesale distributors.

        B. All other products (Wet Pack Carriers, Coolers, Bags and Accessories)

            All Profound Products, LLC. products (any item other than our collapsible organizers) are covered by a 90 Day Limited Warranty.

Both the  Limited One Year Warranty and the Limited 90 Day Warranty apply only when the products have been put to the use intended by Profound Products, Inc. as designated by the product packaging and specifically excludes normal wear and tear, defects from misuse, use beyond a product's intended purpose, coincidental or consequential damage, accident, misuse, negligence, tampering, abuse, damage in transit, or use for commercial purposes. It does not cover damage caused by anything other than a manufacturing defect. This warranty specifically excludes loss or damage to personal property and damages to items stored or carried in Profound Products, LLC. products.

Should your product prove to be defective during the warranty period, it is our option to repair or replace the product at no charge to you, or we may opt to repay to you an amount equal to the purchase price of the product. If the defective product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product or one of equal value. Transportation and/or shipping costs are not included in the terms of this warranty.

NOTE TO CUSTOMERS: If you have purchased your product from any source, business or retailer other than Profound Products, LLC. directly, please contact that store or business directly to process your defects, returns or complaints. How Does State Law Apply? The laws of the State of California, USA, govern our warranties. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Our warranties do not affect any additional rights consumers have under laws in their jurisdictions governing the sale of consumer goods. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions in our warranty statements may not apply. Also, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
